Are you a real shop or a dropshipper?
Neither, exactly. We buy in bulk from the same factories that supply branded tackle, test what we sell on the water ourselves, and ship from our own warehouse. We do not list anything we have not handled.
Why is it cheaper than the brands I know?
You are not paying for a logo, a pro staff roster or a marketing budget. The reel inside the box is built to the same tolerances; what you skip is the brand tax.
Do the reels actually hold up in saltwater?
Yes, with the one habit that matters: rinse with fresh water the same day. See our reel care article. Every reel carries a 2-month warranty regardless.
Which payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and UnionPay. All payments run through a PCI-certified secure checkout — we never see your card number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped — usually a window of several hours. Contact us with the order number and we will catch it.
How do I pick the right reel size?
As a rough guide: 1000–2500 for light freshwater and finesse, 3000–4000 for general freshwater and light inshore saltwater, 5000–6000 for heavy freshwater, surf and big inshore species. Every product page lists line capacity and drag so you can check rather than guess.
Can I stock your gear in my shop?
We do wholesale on the four core categories. Contact us with your store details and volumes and we will send a trade price list.
