We answer email ourselves — there is no ticket system in front of it and no chatbot pretending to be human. Most messages get a reply within one business day.

What to include

• Order questions: your order number. It is in your confirmation email, format #RC-0000.
• Faulty or damaged gear: a photo and a one-line description of what happened.
• Before you buy: tell us the water you fish and the species you are after. We would rather tell you a reel is wrong for you than sell it to you.
